1. Position Title: Cost Engineer

Jakarta 18 months

Balikpapan 24 months

• At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree

• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years

• OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing.

• 7 (seven) years applicable experience in the cost control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.

• has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and estimating bases

• be able to create estimating data bases from bids

• has been principal engineer responsible for the control of costs and cash flow on similar projects.

• Has experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of costs and cash flows on construction projects.

• Capable to plan and monitor costs for the project to identify the costs and cash flows.

• Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecasts to determine cash requirements and potential problem areas and corrective action to be taken.

• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

2. Position Title: Jr. Installation Engineer

Jakarta – 6 months

• Performs in accordance with department and/or projects instructions, schedules, processes, and HSE requirements:

- Technically correct engineering analysis

- Optimized engineering solutions

- Technical assistance within projects, and manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites.

• Writes and issues technical specifications and reports related to own activities within Subsea projects and/or operations.

• Works on design basis for projects and/or manufacturing operations.

• Interfaces with other engineering disciplines and possibly with project functional disciplines, such as procurement and planning.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (Ocean Engineering) preferably from reputable university

• 3+ years Experiences in same position from oil and gas industry

• English Speaking

• Must have experiences in offshore and understand regarding installation of subsea equipment

3. Position Title: Change Management Officer (3 persons)

Jakarta 13-36 Months

• 5+ years of working experience in Project Controls, Planning & scheduling, Costing, Budgeting, Commitments, Contingency Cost & Durations, Risks, Forecasting, Change management,  Variations, Cash Flow.

• Experience on EPCM and PMC types of works

• Establish appropriate Management of Change Process – Mechanism and Control – and ensure it is implemented across all areas of the project and maintained accordingly.

• Ensure appropriate authority levels of control and review are defined and applied to differing levels/categories of change and that these are followed and maintained.

• Coordinate documentation of all changes to the project scope and plan (including cost and schedule), interfacing with all project disciplines and appropriate project management processes.

• Ensure all changes to approved project documents are subject to a management of change process leading the individual Change Coordinators where appropriate.

• Integration of scope changes and What-If Scenarios to identify potential savings and or recovery to schedule durations and costs.

• Develop and update Project Schedule using Primavera P6.

• At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree.

• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years.

• OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing.

• Capable to complete change management assessments and able to apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

• Capable to identify and create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan manage anticipated resistance.

• Capable to track and report issues and define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.

4. Position Title : Contracts Administrator

Gresik – 6 months; renewal

Description

Provides input on the preparation of the contract strategy and planning documents. Prepares and manages the bid processes for construction, engineering and construction services contracts required for the execution of the Capital projects. Administer the construction, engineering and construction services contracts during the execution phase throughout close out. Manages the close out process for those administered contracts. Manages the Contract Administration System CAS.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of working experience with large copper production and related facilities

• Prior EPCM experience preferred

• Heavy industrial construction commercial management experience

• Working as a team member  (Client, EPCM & Contractors)

• Expertise in Mining Industry.

Essential Functions

• Provides input to contracts manager during the strategy development and planning phases of the project in order to help determine the different packages to be bid out and the appropriate sourcing strategy.

• Prepares the required documentation to open RFPs based on the approved Contracts Planning documents as well as the project specific PEPs. Manages the RFP process in the designated systems including site visits and leads the evaluation process (coordination with other areas is required) all the way though issuing a recommendation for award.

• Produces the appropriate documentation to award the contracts to the selected contractor after internal approval in a timely manner. Conform agreements for internal review and approval and then manages the execution process by both parties.

• Chairs the kick off meetings and the weekly or biweekly progress meetings with the selected contractors in coordination with the other disciplines. Prepares, distributes and stores the minutes of those meetings in the appropriate systems.

• Monitors and enforces contracts compliance including submittal of the contractual deliverables according to the milestones and deadlines set on the agreement and prepares the required follow up notices as required when deviations from those milestones exist.

• Review and follow up the pay applications or invoices received from contractors to make sure that they meet all the contractual requirements in terms of form, supports, rates, etc. Coordinates the additional reviews required by other members of the team and rejects or approves as applicable.

• Maintains the change management logs or registries for the contracts under its responsibility up to date, reports the status of those changes and potential changes to the Contracts Manager and monitors the status of the approvals of the required PCNs and CRs in order to issue change orders or contract modifications for execution.

• Maintains a register of potential and actual back charges and takes the required actions for those contracts under its responsibility (issuance of notifications, gathering of back up documentation, clarification meetings, etc.).

• Identifies, prevents, reviews and participates on the negotiation of claims from contractors. Maintains a claims log or register for its contracts.

• Coordinates timely issuance and responses of commercial correspondence with contractors in coordination with Contracts Manager and Project Manager. Ensures constant, timely and open communication with Contracts Manager of the status of the contracts under its responsibility.

• Verifies completion of all work, receipt of all required documentation, finalization of all commercial issues, issuance of acceptance/completion notices and verification of close out check lists. Closes out the contracts as required per the agreement documents and in the systems in coordination with the different disciplines as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10  years’ experience in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering, OR

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain

• Knowledge of the principles and practices of commercial contracts management

• Work involves frequent travel and relocation to the site of work

• Proficient in the use of personal computers in a business environment. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, essential

Language Skills, Certifications and/or Training

• Training in Contracts Management preferably.

• Ability to work on a deadline driven environment with multiple tasks required to be developed simultaneously.

• Knowledge and ability to write and understand contracts language.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Fully Bilingual English/Bahasa Indonesia is required

5. Position Title: Project Reporting

Jakarta 50 months

• 7+ years of working experience in Planning, Control, and Scheduling

• At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree

• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).

• Has experience in updating and reporting project’s monthly progress (Schedule Level I, Level II, Level III).

• Has experience in developing the man power histograms for each project and work location.

• Has experience in subcontract and purchase order report.

• has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices

• has been principal engineer responsible for the reporting of similar projects

• Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the CPM schedule to determine potential areas of slippage and corrective action to be taken.

• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

6. Position Title: Cost Estimator

Balikpapan 50 months

• At least 5+ years’ Experience as Cost Estimator

•  At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree

• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).

• At least minimum 7 (seven) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.

• has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and estimating bases

• be able to create estimating data bases from bids

• has been principal engineer responsible for the control of costs and cash flow on similar projects.

• Has experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of costs and cash flows on construction projects.

• Capable to plan and monitor costs for the project to identify the costs and cash flows.

• Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecasts to determine cash requirements and potential problem areas and corrective action to be taken.

7. Position Title: Process Engineer ISBL

Jakarta 25 months

• Experienced in Process Engineering for Amine, Sat Gas, SWS, Caustic

• Experienced as Senior Process Engineer in main unit in refinery (especially RFCC Plant, hydrotreating, alkylation, isomerization, reforming, hydrogen plant, hydrocracking plant, SRU)

• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering

• Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old

• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing.

• Has minimum 5 (five) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as,

• American Petroleum Institute (API),

• American National Standards Institute (ANSI),

• Instrument Society of American (ISA),

• American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)

• Has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Process systems and Specification. in gas processing plants and utility facilities

• Has a proven ability to perform Process engineering include study, calculation in Mechanical System with a high level of quality.

• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (process simulation i.e HYSYS/Pro I I/Flare Net, design engineering software, etc.)

• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

• Has a good medical record

• Fluent in Communication and writing in English

8. Position Title: Expeditor

Jakarta – 12 months

• Min Bachelor Degree in Logistic (such as STMT Trisakti), fresh graduate welcome to apply

• Have good communication skill and able to communicate with vendor.

• Fluent in English (oral & written)
