Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km² that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (CoW) covering a total area of 1,639 km². 
The resource base on 31 December 2017 includes 8.8 Moz of gold and 72 Moz of silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012.  
The operating capacity of Martabe Gold Mine is in excess of 5 mtpa ore to produce in excess of 300,000 oz of gold and 2-3 Moz of silver per annum. 
PT Agincourt Resources engages more than 2,600 employees and contractors, with approximately 98% Indonesians, of which more than 70% were recruited from local people. 
To strengthen the existing maintenance management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role: 
SUPERVISOR – LAND MANAGEMENT(CR 1903027)
This position will be based at Martabe Site in Community Relations Department, working on schedule 4 Weeks on; 2 weeks off and reports directly to Superintendent – Land Management.
The position is to handle land acquisition process and land compensation process (including negotiations with land owner) in accordance with the company-owned mining map and managing permits (legal aspect) related to land,
which is in line with company policy and comply with applicable government regulations in order to support mining activities and corporate strategic plan. 
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:  
1. Graduated in Bachelor degree in law, social or economic.
2. More than 5 years experiences in land acquisitions within mining or Plantation Company.
3. At least 2-3 year’s experiences in land acquisitions.
4. Knowledge of agrarian law as well as customary law.
5. Familiar with GIS, CAD & Google Earth.
6. Ability to deal effectively with land owners and communities.
7. Strong communication skills, especially with local people.
8. Practical knowledge and experience in all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
9. Preferable female candidate.

Well Intervention Supervisor

• Mengerti dan memahami standard Civil Structure (SNI. PBI, SIN, AISC, dll)

• Menguasai dan mampu mengoperasikan MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, dan Access) yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan QA/QC

DRILLING ENGINEER

SUBSEA COMMISIONING ENGINEER 
Requirements :
• Fluent in English
• At least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
• At least 5 years of experience in Subsea technologies for oil/gas field development projects.
• Experienced in operation for offshore gas facilities is beneficially
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• The job holder is accountable for commissioning preparation, execution, documentation and handover to operations. Main activities will include:
• Approve the commissioning plans and procedures relevant to equipment and systems installed on the Subsea Control System with the aim of a smooth integration in the FPU topside
• Review/approve the Contractor commissioning and testing procedures for both Topside and Subsea Control elements of the system
• Coordinate tests execution
• Monitor Punch lists population, follow-up and clearance
• Monitor Ready for commissioning certificates
• Commissioning certificates approval
• Dealing with the contractors to solve minor problems
• Support the Commissioning coordinator in resolving NCR and SQ
• Support the Commissioning coordinator with overall periodic overall reports
• Responsible for:
- Timeliness and efficiency of works execution
- Technical quality of project Commissioning procedures
• Support the Commissioning SPT in planning and monitoring (schedule, cost and compliance of work to project specifications).
• Monitoring the progress and coordinating actions required to keep project on budget and on time.
• Supervising and coordinating the commissioning activities ensuring that the highest HSEQ standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Supporting the preparation of the necessary certificates for handing-over the facilities to Operations
• Supporting the Commissioning coordinator in preparing the close-out report
• Supporting the Commissioning coordinator in handing over the plant to Operations
